This water is pulsed through the ground coffee, and by the time it reaches your cup, it is a delightful coffee that is as flavourful as it is refreshing. The Cold Extraction Process pulses at a slower rate than a hot coffee, but that is just an indication that the cold extraction is working. Through this slow pulsing process, the machine is taking the time to extract all the fruitful flavours of the coffee.
