*When purchasing a whole beef, you do have the option to choose your own cuts, processing cost will vary depending on chosen cuts. You are responsible to pay any additional processing cuts.
Local customers will have delivery setup, if beef needs to be delivered 50+ miles from Hartington potential delivery fee will be assessed ($40) or if beef needs to be shipped out of state, shipping will be sent with final invoice payment.
