The temperature control is precise, and it actually performs as advertised. I highly recommend this product for its affordability, multiple temperature settings, and reliable performance. It has everything I was looking for in a coffee and tea warmer. The previous one I had worked well and had an auto-shut-off, but I kept accidentally shaking the cup, causing it to spill and melt. This one seems to be well-constructed and definitely worth the investment.

Great price for all the nifty features - timer, auto shut-off, hot and hotter! Large button icons and digital temperature display are easy to see. My coffee and tea stay hot enough to drink without making multiple trips to the microwave because I got busy and let it get cold. New best friend!

i can’t believe how long i went without this

i never expected how much of a difference this item would or could make in my nightly tea routine.
i’m a slow sipper and would normally have to get up and microwave my mug 1-2 times depending on how willing i was to stop everything i was doing and move out of my comfy spot to remedy the impending sad lukewarm experience. YALL! the temperature really does make it taste better (i already knew that) but now i can settle into my spot in cozy PEACE and take as long as i want to to enjoy my tea.
i was worried if the lower price point compared to other options on amazon would mean it may be lacking in quality or function, but NOPE! just a genuinely good deal (about $10 at the time of this review) and the features are all there. yes yes yes, go ahead and treat yourself because this one is worth it.

SO FAR SO GOOD! :)

This is a nifty little product. It heats up pretty quickly and really does keep my beverages warm or hot, perhaps it's because it's an AC plug-in rather than USB. :) The options for length of time & degree of heat are VERY beneficial & it's an easy "touch" control. For someone who forgets to "turn things off", the auto shutoff is ideal! (lol) It's flat, steady & doesn't take up much room. The only drawback for me is that the entire tray gets hot, not just the part that the mug sits on, otherwise I'd have given it not 5 but 10 stars! It will be interesting to see how long it lasts though. :)
