The Zeiss Ikonta 524/16 is a 120 roll film folding camera designed for the 6×6 cm format, built with a collapsible bellows system and a metal chassis. It is typically equipped with a Novar-Anastigmat 75mm f/4.5 lens or Tessar 75mm f/3.5, delivering high optical resolution and consistent sharpness across the frame. The camera uses a leaf shutter (e.g. Compur or Prontor) with speeds generally ranging from 1s to 1/300s plus Bulb, ensuring flash synchronization at all speeds. Focusing is manual via front-cell or unit focusing, with distance scale calibration. The viewfinder is optical, aligned for waist-level or eye-level use. Its compact folding design enables reduced transport size while maintaining rigid film plane alignment during operation.

Great oil for 124 spider

I use Pennzoil Platinum Euro Full Synthetic 5W-40 in my Fiat 124 Spider, and it’s been great so far. The engine runs smooth and quiet, and cold starts feel solid. No issues with oil consumption, and it holds up well between changes.
The 6-pack of 1-quart bottles is convenient and makes it easy to measure out exactly what I need. Overall, it’s a quality synthetic oil at a good value. I’ll keep using it in my 124 Spider.
