Integrated Twin-Shaft Agitator
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum mixer bridge with safety interlock – agitator stops when bridge is raised.
- Totally-enclosed gear motor, two-speed:
- LOW : 23 RPM main / 60 RPM secondary
- HIGH: 46 RPM main / 120 RPM secondary
- 304 SS anchor agitator hugs kettle contour for complete movement of product.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater breaks up lumps and improves heat transfer.
- Removable nylon scraper blades wipe the entire cooking surface, eliminating scorch zones.
- Bayonet mounts allow both agitators to be removed without tools for cleaning or kettle-only use.

Great looking Blazer and not too heavy for Spring/Summer/Fall wear

This is a great looking light to mid-weight blazer. I love the quality and stitching of this blazer which can't be beat for this price. The color is spot on as shown on Amazon, what you see is what you get. The cut fits me perfectly and I like the way it feels when wearing it. There is a faux pocket square in white in the breast pocket, which I am unsure if it is removeable. Either way still looks great and I would definitely recommend. The only - is that if it gets a wrinkle, it is very hard to get it out. You need to steam it for a long time before the wrinkle is removed.

Darker than advertized

The grey is much darker than advertised. Additionally, jacket came with two buttons and not one as advertised. I ordered a Medium and it fits a little big. No inside pocket, which isn't the worst, but I really like inside pockets.
