Crobat's catalogue features a wealth of fascinating and collectable gospel repertoire from the genre's heyday in the '40s and '50s, and this release recognises one of the fine female singers of the era who has not enjoyed as high a profile as her work merits. She turned to gospel from classical and musical theatre in the late '30s and became consecrated in the Holiness Church, acquiring the honorific title of 'Madame'. She developed her highly distinctive note-bending style as she performed around the south-eastern states and started recording in the late '40s for the Merit, DeLuxe, Regal and Republic labels before joining the Nashville-based Nashboro label in 1953, recording for them until her death at the age of 49 in 1967. This great-value 49-track 2-CD collection includes material from all of those labels, including early tracks with the Mount Vernon Men's Choir, with sides from many of her singles, along with tracks which only appeared on her "He'll Fix It" and "Stop Gambler" albums from 1960 and '61. Many of her recordings are very hard to find, and this includes a number which have not been readily available on CD.

Best kitchen device!!

This frother is absolutely amazing such power behind it . Quality is just as amazing made very rugged. And I love the stand and the best thing about it is no more batteries to change now we just charge it up. Very Powerful Frother!!

I’ve been using a frother daily for my drinks, and this one really impressed me with its power for such a compact size. It blends heavier powders into smooth, clump-free mixtures in seconds.
I’m a big fan of the build—the metal whisk gives it a solid feel, and it comes with a stand to keep it neat on the counter instead of being shoved in a drawer. Cleaning is a breeze, just a quick rinse, and the rechargeable battery lasts much longer than I anticipated between charges.
Just a little tip: start in a taller cup and don’t fill it all the way to the top, as this thing can create a serious vortex if you’re not careful. Overall, it’s been a super handy little tool, and I’m so glad I bought it.

Great upgrade compared to others

This frother is far superior to other hand held versions we’ve owned. The attachments are much sturdier and don’t bend as easily (which made the others we’ve purchased quite useless). Rechargeable battery seems to last longer and provides plenty of power even on the lowest setting. The little wisk easily whips up eggs for a morning omelette and frothing cream and mixing powder into drinks are super easy with the other attachments. Finally, the stand is actually sturdy and balanced enough that it doesn’t easily tip over.

Three froth/blend options, rechargeable, comes with container

I watch a gentleman online who always talks about how in his 40 years he didn’t know x, y, z, and ends with “ain’t no way.” He made this 3-ingredient — 4 with ice— iced coffee, and used a handheld frother, so after shopping for ingredients, I went in search of a frother. What I liked about this one is that it’s not battery operated, but instead is rechargeable. It comes with three attachment, one of which I can use for cake batter, whipping up eggs, making homemade whipped cream, and also sauces and gravy. It also has a case so I am storing it with my coffee paraphernalia. It has three settings and I used the high setting. As you can see it really froths up the ingredients. I’m very pleased with my purchase and thought about all the times I need a slurry of water and cornstarch to thicken soups and stews. I don’t know the charge life yet, but so far, so good. What you see in the cup is 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, 3 teaspoons of instant espresso, and 2 ounces of water. Then you add the ice and your creamer, half-and-half, or barista lover’s oat milk, and you’re done. Not too bad, as my grandpa used to say.
