This 8” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5” round flange and our oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum airflow and performance. This media is best for street and track use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer, features our patented housing interface. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat-soak resistant and extremely durable. This intake is designed to use factory mounting locations, minimizing the use of unnecessary hardware, ensuring a perfect fit every time. Its revolutionary design, featuring our patented filter-to-housing interface, uses half the number of parts of a traditional cold air intake system. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and a silicone coupling allows for the most secure installation.

It doesn't slide around or come off or slide to the bottom of the sink. It just stays put which is so unique for anything with suction cups. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is quite small. I wish it were a few inches longer so i could easily fit two rags or sponges in the holder. But i have to jam them in and its not pretty. So for the price, i think it should have been bigger. Still a good product because of the functionality of the suction cups.

When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces. Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move. That should do the trick!

Even after carefully cleaning the side of my deep sink with vinegar and washing the suction cups, they come loose about once a day. Giving them a hard push on seems to help, but not a cure. I revised the rating to average 3 stars. It really isn’t a problem in the sink.
