Dr. Christopher's Female Tonic formula has been used historically to support the reproductive function of the female body.
Ingredients: Squawvine Herb, Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Wild Yam Root, Cramp Bark, Chickweed Herb, Purple Dulse Leaf, Chaste Tree Berry, Motherwort Herb & Ginger Root.
Other Ingredients: Plant-derived capsule.
Directions: Take 2 capsules two times a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Great! I have used Macks silicone Chistmas tree style earplugs for many years, these are more comfortable.
