Dorato. Al naso è piacevolmente ricco; emergono, in particolare, sentori di frutta gialla, note floreali, toni agrumati e cenni di frutta secca e vaniglia. Al palato è suadente, intrigante, avvolgente.Il Lugana Riserva DOC “Le Fornaci” di Tommasi nasce a Sirmione, da vigneti di proprietà. Una delle parcelle è su un terreno a base calcarea con argilla, mentre le altre due hanno una composizione più sabbiosa, ricca di limo; le uve provenienti dalla prima parcella danno al vino corpo e struttura, quelle delle altre due, invece, aroma ed eleganza. Dopo la fermentazione, il 25% del vino affina in botti di legno, mentre il 75% in acciaio. È un vino piacevolmente coinvolgente, dai profumi intensi ed evoluti.
Ottimo in abbinamento al pesce di lago, può accompagnare anche i formaggi di media stagionatura.
