RipFactor® for muscle signals plus KSM-66® for stress and hormone help

Anabolic Warfare Project GDA isn't a glucose disposal agent based on the formula we've got here. It's really a hormone and body comp supporter, focusing on boosting muscle signals, keeping stress and cortisol in check, and helping with androgen-to-estrogen balance using patented botanicals, adaptogens, and estrogen helpers. That's key because you should see this as a recomposition and hormone capsule, not something for carb handling.

The star here is 325mg RipFactor®, hitting the low end of the studied doses from research. RipFactor® mixes Mangifera indica bark extract with Sphaeranthus indicus flower extract, and studies show it helps with quicker strength and muscle growth. How? It ramps up mTOR for building muscle protein, boosts endothelial nitric oxide synthase for better blood flow, supports healthy testosterone, and cuts down on workout stress. For you, that means it's tied right to better results from your training, not just hormone talk.

You've got 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, right in the 300-600mg range from studies. This isn't cheap ashwagandha—KSM-66® is a top branded version with tons of human research, using full-spectrum root extract at 5% withanolides. It helps your HPA axis, which is your stress response system, by lowering stress, easing cortisol, and boosting recovery. You'll feel more bounce-back during tough training, steadier moods, and less of that worn-out vibe from dieting or high-volume lifts.

DIM at 200mg is another big player, dosed at the high end of the usual 100-200

AW Project GDA by Anabolic Warfare contains 300mcg Chromium, a effective dose for hormonal optimization.

Key Highlights

  • 325mg RipFactor® — that's the starting clinical dose of this patented Mangifera indica and Sphaeranthus indicus mix, studied for faster strength and muscle gains. What makes it cool is it targets real training stuff like mTOR signals, blood flow via eNOS, and stress control, not just basic hormone vibes.
  • 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha — a solid, research-backed dose, not some weak add-on. It fits right in the 300-600mg range from studies and gives you real stress and recovery support by tweaking your HPA axis and cortisol.
  • 200mg DIM — at the top of the usual smart range for helping with estrogen processing. That's huge because tons of guy-focused products skimp on DIM or skip it, even though estrogen balance affects your physique and recovery big time.
  • 250mg Emodin — up at the high end of the 200-250mg range we see referenced. The research is still building, but the dose is legit, adding a polyphenol that touches on inflammation, metabolism, and signals.
  • 50mg 7-Keto DHEA — thrown in for body comp help, not straight androgen stuff. It sets this apart from products that just hype libido or test claims, giving a metabolism boost.
  • 100mg Brassaiopsis glomerulata extract — a rarer botanical you don't see in basic formulas. It shows this is for guys wanting a deeper hormonal edge than your standard tribulus-zinc combo.
  • 50mg 5,7-Dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone plus 25mg 7-Methoxyflavone — a targeted flavone duo for hormone processing. These aren't everyday big names, but they point to a focus on aromatase paths instead of generic labels.
  • Fully disclosed label — every ingredient and dose is right there. In a world of shady prop blends like 'male matrix,' this lets you check if it's for real, and yeah, the main ones are solid.

AW Project GDA by Anabolic Warfare contains 300mcg Chromium, a effective dose for hormonal optimization.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique guys cutting calories who want to keep workouts strong while handling stress. That 300mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha helps with cortisol and bounce-back, and RipFactor® adds a training boost over basic hormone stuff.
  • Intermediate lifters in big hypertrophy phases wanting more from their efforts. 325mg RipFactor® is at a studied dose for strength and gains, making this more about real results than herbal test hype.
  • Dudes whose progress stalls from stress despite solid training and food. 300mg KSM-66® and 200mg DIM hit hard when life ramps up and tanks your sleep, recovery, body, or gym fire.
  • Bodybuilders or recomposition fans after a no-stim capsule for androgen-estrogen balance. DIM, 7-Methoxyflavone, and 5,7-Dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone focus on hormone handling, not quick energy.
  • Lifters who dig open labels and want to check doses before buying. No prop blends here—you can verify 325mg RipFactor®, 300mg KSM-66®, 250mg emodin, and 200mg DIM against the studies.
  • Athletes on basics like creatine and protein looking for a next-level add for adaptation and hormones. This fits different from pre or pump stuff, targeting your internal setup for weeks-long progress.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily for the full hit. For easy going, have them with a meal, one with some fat, since DIM and flavones like that better than empty stomach. If supplements bug your gut, ease in with 1-2 caps for a few days then go full, mostly because emodin can stir things up. Training days? Breakfast or pre-meal works, but consistency beats perfect timing—this ain't a stim or pump chaser. Pairs well with creatine, protein powder, or a separate pre for that instant edge. No need for hard cycling, but check it over 8-12 weeks to match your training and see how it feels. Store cool and dry to keep capsules fresh; skip heat and moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: probably nothing big, unlike a pre-workout, since it's stim-free capsules. 1-4 hours in: some folks feel a subtle calm or even mood from KSM-66®, but it's not a huge same-day thing for everyone. Days 1-7: focus on getting it in your system and checking how your gut handles it, especially with emodin. Weeks 2-4: that's when it clicks—better stress handling, consistent gym motivation, and stronger recovery if you're sleeping and eating right. DIM and flavones work behind the scenes on hormones without a sharp feel. RipFactor® plays the long game, building strength and muscle over your program, not a one-day boost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Project GDA actually a glucose disposal agent?

Not based on the verified formula provided here. The actives listed are not a standard GDA profile; instead, they point to a hormone-support and recomposition formula built around RipFactor®, KSM-66® Ashwagandha, DIM, emodin, methoxyflavones, and 7-Keto DHEA.

How much KSM-66® Ashwagandha is in Project GDA?

Each 3-capsule serving provides 300mg of KSM-66® Ashwagandha root extract. That is a clinically relevant dose within the commonly studied 300-600mg range for stress, cortisol, and recovery support.

What does RipFactor® do in this formula?

RipFactor® is a patented blend of Mangifera indica bark extract and Sphaeranthus indicus flower extract dosed here at 325mg. Research on RipFactor® links it to faster strength and hypertrophy adaptations through mechanisms involving mTOR signaling, eNOS activity, and oxidative stress control.

Is 200mg of DIM a serious dose?

Yes. DIM at 200mg sits at the high end of the commonly referenced 100-200mg range used for estrogen metabolism support, which makes it one of the more substantial pieces of this formula.

Will I feel this product right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel a stimulant pre-workout. Project GDA is designed for cumulative effects over time, with most users better evaluating it over 2-4 weeks of consistent use rather than judging it by the first serving.

Can I stack Project GDA with a pre-workout?

Yes, and that is one of its advantages. The verified formula is stim-free, so it layers well with caffeine-based pre-workouts, creatine, protein, and other foundational performance products.

Should I take Project GDA with food or on an empty stomach?

With food is the smarter starting point. That tends to improve digestive tolerance, especially with emodin present, and may better suit the absorption profile of lipophilic ingredients like DIM and the methoxyflavones.

Is this a good beginner product?

It is not difficult from a stimulant standpoint, but it is not the first supplement most beginners need. Newer lifters usually get more immediate value from basics like protein, creatine, and a structured training plan before moving into a specialized hormone-support formula like this.

Does this formula contain any proprietary blends?

No. The active formula is fully disclosed, which is a major strength for this category because you can verify each listed ingredient and dose directly.

Are there any ingredients here that may cause digestive issues?

Possibly. Emodin at 250mg is the ingredient most likely to cause GI sensitivity in susceptible users, since it has known traditional laxative activity and can increase gastrointestinal motility.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
