Rubino intenso. Al naso è elegante, con un bouquet di rose, viole e ricordi di frutti rossi. Ha un ingresso caldo in bocca, con aromi coerenti a quelli percepiti al naso. Piacevole.La Barbera d'Alba DOC di Matteo Correggia conquista sia per quei tratti aromatici e di corpo che piacciono sin dal primo sorso, che per la lunga piacevole persistenza. Un vino che fa 6 mesi in acciaio inox, 12 mesi in barrique e altri 6 mesi in bottiglia, proveniente da terreni sabbiosi con percentuali di limo e argilla. Mai ruffiano, è un vino che rappresenta perfettamente il territorio che Matteo Correggia, oggi la moglie coi figli, ha rispettato sino alla fine. Un vino piacevole, oserei dire didattico, per chi vuole capire le caratteristiche del territorio attraverso il calice.
Ottimo coi primi piatti strutturati, come i classici tajarin, si abbina molto bene anche alle carni, come le scaloppine ai funghi o ai formaggi di media stagionatura.

Grind Away

These are great, I really like the adjustable of the grind. The only issue, they can be difficult to use with one hand. They are very smooth and slip out of your hand. It would be nice if they had some texture around the top for grip. Other wise a very good product for the price and works very well.
