Locking feature prevents fuel theft. Cap spins freely when in the locked position. To unlock the cap, turn key until key hole is inline with the cap tabs (shown in photo). Color coded with international symbols for easy deck fill identification. 1 1 2" 11 1 2 NPSM straight cap threads. Includes two keys and cap attachment cable.
