French triple milled soap is passed through a milling machine of smooth stainless steel rollers three times, producing a bar that is thoroughly mixed and tree of air and excess moisture.

Her name was Francis Phelan and she was EW kenyon's former secretary and she also was part of his church group and co-authored with him in the, Kenyon Herald. I believe this was in Washington DC. Not 100% on that , but I think it was.
