Warranty Information
The Lukka Crete Basin is covered by the official manufacturer's warranty for its Gloss White ceramic body:
Ceramic Body (Gloss White): 10 Years Replacement Product (Against manufacturing faults).
Labour: 1 Year Labour (Covers the reasonable cost of replacing a faulty product, subject to assessment).
Replacement Parts: 1 Year Replacement Parts (Covers internal fittings or minor components supplied).
Important Note: This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or surface damage resulting from using incorrect cleaning products. Please ensure the product is checked for damage prior to installation.
