Precise Lighting Control
Shape light to suit your subject with horizontal and vertical bounce, or reduce output down to 1/1024 power for subtle, controlled lighting. A built-in catchlight panel helps add natural-looking sparkle to a subject’s eyes, ideal for portrait photography.
Seamless EOS R System Integration
The Speedlite EL-10 connects via Canon’s 21-pin multi-function foot, enabling direct communication with EOS R system cameras. Flash settings, custom modes, and firmware updates can all be managed directly through the camera’s screen for streamlined operation.
Fast Performance and Reliable Output
With a 1.5-second recycle time, guide number of 40, and 24–105mm zoom coverage, the Speedlite EL-10 delivers responsive performance for changing shooting conditions. Wireless multi-flash control allows coordinated lighting setups with multiple compatible flashes.
Power, Display, and Handling
Powered by four AA batteries, the Speedlite EL-10 delivers at least 260 full-power flashes. A dot matrix display clearly shows battery status and flash settings, while a tactile electronic dial allows quick, intuitive adjustments.
Designed for Low-Light Shooting
An integrated AF assist beam supports faster and more accurate focusing in low-light environments. The rear LCD panel ensures settings remain easy to adjust, even when shooting in dark conditions.
Advanced Wireless Flash Control
The Speedlite EL-10 can function as both a transmitter or receiver, controlling up to 15 Speedlites for synchronized wireless firing. Remote flash control is also available via the Canon Camera Connect App, adding flexibility to off-camera lighting setups.
Flexible Operation and Custom Modes
Choose between manual flash control or automatic exposure adjustments using E-TTL II. Up to three custom modes can be pre-set for fast access to frequently used configurations, helping you adapt quickly on location.
