Одним з найважливіших завдань курсу ботаніки є підготовка майбутніх спеціалістів — фармацевтів, засвоєння ними конкретних знань і навичок з анатомії рослин, які є основою для діагностики лікарської сировини рослинного походження.
Навчально-методичний посібник для практичних занять складено для студентів спеціальності 'Фармація' освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня 'молодший спеціаліст' згідно з:
- навчальною програмою з ботаніки, затвердженою Департаментом кадрової політики, освіти, науки та запобігання корупції МОЗ України, 2011 р.;
- підручником 'Ботаніка' (І.А. Бобкова, Л.В. Варлахова, 2015).
Практична робота включає в себе виконання навчальних завдань (виготовлення тимчасових мікропрепаратів, визначення їхніх діагностичних ознак та фіксування їх у цьому посібнику, вивчення морфологічної та анатомічної будови вегетативних і генеративних органів рослин, визначення належності рослини до відповідної родини за сукупністю діагностичних ознак), самостійні дослідження та опис окремих клітин і органів рослин.
Об’єктами дослідження є тимчасові та постійні мікропрепарати, живі та гербарні зразки рослин, мікропрепарати тощо.
Контроль знань з теми проводиться у вигляді запитань.
Посібник містить схематичні зображення, що дає змогу студенту не тільки зрозуміти об’єкт дослідження, а й скоригувати свій малюнок.
Видання дає змогу закріпити знання основних положень фітоцитології, оволодіти методами та прийомами цитологічного аналізу, які використовує фармацевт при проведенні мікроскопічного аналізу рослин; навички з гістології та гістохімії лікарської рослинної сировини та препаратів рослинного походження. Дає можливість засвоїти особливості будови рослинних органів, тканин, які їх формують, а також морфологічні особливості рослин, які лежать в основі макроскопічного аналізу.
Ботаніка є базовою дисципліною для вивчення фармакогнозії — дисципліни циклу професійної підготовки.

Great ball but easily broken

I got this ball for my two dogs, one is a 90 pound yellow lab mix and the other 45 pound black lab mix. So far only my bigger dog has played with it and has also busted it. He was playing with it for probably half an hour just chomping down to make it crinkle and crunch. It's quite the loud ball!! I noticed the sound wasn't as loud so I took a peek and noticed my dog basically crushed the inner ball into a much smaller ball. He's still having a good time with it though. It's only a matter of time though that he's going to chew the outer shell because it doesn't make noise like it did.

Dogs go for this ball every time

My Boston's and Rotti love this ball. I had to get two more. It's great for the Boston's because they can grasp it with the way it's made with the softer rubber. They love the crackle sound. It's just the right size and weight for smaller like the Boston Terrier and Rotti. Easy cleaning, rinses right off.

It's a Hit a Our House!

My strong chewer is still ..... Well, going strong! He loves his new crackle ball.
He enjoys the new sound, the bounce back feeling in his jaws when chews.
Mom is happy that pup hasn't put a dent in the toy yet!

I purchased both the large 4" and the medium 3" balls. My 80 lbs German shepherd much prefers the medium size. Show loves to play fetch with it and its lasted well!

The Piglet turned my old dog EVIL!
This little piglet turned my old lady into a monster. She normally plays with the full-sized version, but I saw this little guy for like 75% off, so I thought, “What the heck! Let’s give the piglet a try!” Friends, it made my 14-year-old fuzzy girl CRAZY! I can’t attest to its durability because my girl’s teeth aren’t as sharp as they used to be, but I suspect a few years ago she would have torn it to pieces in a matter of minutes. It’s not incredibly thick, but it is nice and soft for her old lady mouth, and I like that it’s a safe toy to throw around the house because it’s small and relatively harmless. The piglet continues to bring her joy with its squeaking, and it’s just adorable to watch her become Evil Dog when I try to take it away from her! (I almost lost a finger!) I wouldn’t pay full price for it, but on super sale, it’s a real bargain.
