56 – 63 days. Alba moschata seeds grow classic and summer-hardy malvas that promise to bring the wild European meadows to your summer garden. White Musk Mallow malva is easy to grow from seed and a vigorous full sun performer from spring to fall, yet still elegant enough to complement any fresh cut arrangement. Alba moschata seeds grow durable 24 – 36” tall malva shrubs bursting with lovely 2” blooms in pristine white petals perfect for accenting walkways, fences, or garden beds. Alba malva seeds thrive in a variety of climates around the world and do so because of their tolerance to heat, drought, as well as chill. 1000 seeds.

Growing Alba Malva Moschata Garden Seeds

  • Taxonomy: Malva moschata f. alba
  • Other Names: Musk Mallow, White Musk Mallow
  • Seed Type: Annual (Biennial in zones 7 - 8)
  • Sow Indoors or Outdoors: Alba malva seeds can be directly sown after the frost, but for earliest blooms, begin indoors 10 – 12 weeks before final frost date. Malva seeds will germinate in 7 – 14 days with full light and, once germinated, move to fluorescent grow light until two sets of true leaves have developed. Harden off if transplanting outside to a sunny spot or similarly warm place indoors. Even if plants die off from flowering, Alba plants will likely reseed on their own for next spring.
  • Days to Maturity: 56 – 63 days
  • Hardiness Zone: 4 – 8
  • Planting Depth: Plant 2 – 3 seeds ¼” deep
  • Plant Spacing: 18”
  • Growth Habit: 24 – 36” shrubby upright with an 18 – 24” spread of 2” five-lobed blooms
  • Soil Preference: Average, loamy, well-drained
  • Light Preference: Full sun
  • Diseases/Pests/Troubleshooting: Alba moschata thrives in well-drained soil and can be susceptible to rust in the long summer months but, other than that, plants are very hardy performers. The genus Malva, however, is heavily susceptible to potyvirus, a disease found in aphids scattered throughout Europe and even found in California.
  • Color: Pristine white petals with a soft green and pink center

Malva moschata f. alba is a species of the beloved mallow genus Malva and has accrued a number of common names throughout the centuries including Musk Mallow, White Musk Mallow, and Cheese by English-speaking countries and Mauve des Bois by the French by French-speaking countries. Thomas Jefferson referred to the famous heirloom flower as "French mallow.” Malva moschata f. alba is sometimes mistakenly referred to as “Hollyhock” because they both share the same Malvaceae family.

This is not good heat tape.
Number of Items: 2
I bought this for sublimation and t-shirt making and because you get a lot for a decent price. Well, just spend the money on the good golden tape because this stuff doesn't hold up like that. I had a few cups ruined because the tape released while in the oven. Not cool at all. I don't have a LLC to buy cups in bulk, so it wasn't 1 or 2 bucks this take ruined. So be aware that this tape is poop before using.

I recently purchased the MEBMIK 6 Rolls 20mm x 33m (108ft) Blue Heat Tape High Temperature Heat Resistant Tape for Heat Sublimation Press Vinyl, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This tape has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features is that it doesn't leave any marks or residue behind, which is crucial for a clean, professional finish. It holds up well under high temperatures, making it perfect for heat sublimation and vinyl projects. The tape is durable and reliable, ensuring my projects come out looking great every time. Overall, I highly recommend this heat tape for anyone involved in heat transfer or sublimation projects. It's an excellent product that performs exactly as promised.

Works well and easy to use for sublimation
Number of Items: 6
I’ve been using this heat tape for a few different sublimation projects—mugs, shirts, and a couple of random DIY gifts. It holds up great under heat. No slipping, no weird residue left behind on my blanks, and it peels off cleanly every time. The stickiness is just right—not so strong that it’s a pain to remove, but strong enough to keep designs in place while pressing. I also like that you get several rolls in the pack, which makes it a great value for the price. It’s easy to work with and cuts cleanly, which is helpful when you’re lining up small designs. Overall, this has made my sublimation process a lot smoother.

Great for patch hat pressing, no discoloring or marking during transfer
Number of Items: 6
Bought to hold my leather patches down while pressing them to hats, and they work great. They have not left any residue or discoloring when pressing hats, even with white patches. Very happy with how these perform and would recommend to others who make patch hats.
