Alfas can be installed on any vehicle without modifications, complications, or the excessive costs of an HID system. Their maximum illumination and Intense-White color is due to the quality of materials, the unique combination of gases, and a special tungsten filament that is made in Japan. Alfas emit a pure white light that is rated at 5500K. Standard headlight bulbs emit a yellow light between 2700K - 3300K. Alfas Maximum Intensity bulbs emit between 2100 lm - 2300 lm of light. Standard headlight bulbs emit between 1000 lm - 1100 lm of light. The bulbs are constructed using quartz. Quartz is more transparent than normal glass. This results in more light emission and can be subjected to higher temperatures without shattering. Alfas operate using a 12 volt power supply and consume about 85 watts of power. The Alfas" wiring harness uses heat resistant 14 gauge wires. This helps reduce any resistance between the vehicles existing socket and the Alfas bulb. They also use a unique ceramic socket that helps isolate heat so there is no risk of an Alfas bulb damaging the vehicles existing electrical installations. Comprehensive!
Format: Hardcover
This is a very comprehensive and jam-packed book (for example, it has information like how to end toothbrushing struggles!). I like that it has so many practical ideas on how to help your toddler navigate life! It is a lot thicker than I expected but the pages are designed in a very eye-friendly way that keep it from feeling like a long read.
I do feel like some of the advice is contradictory, which is why I knocked one star off. I also feel like she promotes more talking than is really helpful for toddlers (toddlers can't reason and so over-talking often just confuses them - Dr. Karp has written a lot on this in his book.) But overall it's a very good book with a lot of good principles for the average toddler!
As a mom of a 20-month old, I highly recommend you read this book! You will be enlightened on your toddler's behavior and reassured that they are very normal!

One of the most important books in our home.
Format: Hardcover
This is a wonderful book that truly distills the new challenges and opportunities of parenting. Not simply a recitation of information telling you what should be done, but written in a way that left me thinking “Ahh okay.” We’ve had the challenge of seeing the behavior and trying to get to an end result with our daughter that we feel is appropriate. Now I see how I can make better connections to get there, such as code switching or reevaluating expectations.
The chapters flow well and each section is broken down multiple ways which helps me reinforce the ideas and suggestions. As I’m reading the various sections, I feel seen as a new parent who doesn’t want to show off vulnerabilities or inexperience because I’m her Dad; I should know everything to give her the best life possible. Many uncertainties are plainly talked about and we are given encouragement. One I must remind myself is that feelings aren’t facts.
Our daughter is only two, but we feel much better prepared as we all grow. The only part of the book that really isn’t helpful for us is chapter 45: Welcoming a New Baby. Nope! We were blessed when our daughter arrived and her feet will be the only ones that go pitter-patter.
Do your whole family a favor and check this book out.

The most helpful guide for YOU and your toddler!!

I just have to say thank you to Devon and her team!! This book is intended for toddlers (1-5), and I even find the advice still helpful for my oldest who is past toddler stage! I have always loved Devon’s courses, and as a book ambassador, I was able to read this book before launch day. It’s exactly what I was hoping for! It has bite-sized chapters that are so easy to read (and you don’t have to read them in order - you could choose any topic)! Especially love all of the specific examples throughout (so that you actually understand how to apply the lessons!) and that she’s so encouraging (no Mom-guilt!). Highly recommend!!!

Best exfoliating sponges on the market!
I've been looking for these for years. Most of alternatives in US don't work for me- either too harsh or too soft. These are the only I would purchase and repurchase. Loooooove!
