Dosering
Gebruik dit geneesmiddel altijd precies zoals uw arts of apotheker u dat heeft verteld. Twijfelt u over het juiste gebruik? Neem dan contact op met uw arts of apotheker. De sterkte van de kauwgom dient te worden gekozen in overeenstemming met uw nicotineafhankelijkheid. Als u meer dan 20 sigaretten per dag rookt of als het eerder niet gelukt is om te stoppen met roken met behulp van 2 mg kauwgom, dan dient u 4 mg kauwgom te kiezen. Anders dient u 2 mg kauwgom te kiezen. Wanneer de behandeling wordt gestart kan iedere 1-2 uur één kauwgom worden ingenomen. In de meeste gevallen zijn 8-12 kauwgoms per dag voldoende. Wanneer gebruikt bij het verminderen van roken ter stoppen met roken: - 2 mg kauwgom: neem niet meer in dan 24 stuks per dag - 4 mg kauwgom: neem niet meer in dan 12 stuks per dag Stoppen met roken De duur van de behandeling is individueel, maar duurt gewoonlijk tenminste 3 maanden. Hierna dient de nicotinedosering geleidelijk te worden verminderd. De behandeling moet worden gestopt wanneer de dosering is gedaald tot 1-2 stuks kauwgom per dag. Wanneer u een verlangen krijgt om te roken mag u echter een kauwgom gebruiken. Verminderen van roken Nicotine kauwgom Linn kan worden gebruikt tussen periodes van roken om de rookvrije periodes te verlengen en het roken zoveel mogelijk te reduceren. Het aantal sigaretten dient geleidelijk te worden vervangen door Nicotine kauwgom Linn. Als u na 6 weken er niet in bent geslaagd om het aantal sigaretten per dag tenminste te halveren dan moet u professionele hulp inroepen. U moet proberen te stoppen met roken wanneer u daar klaar voor bent, maar niet later dan 4 maanden nadat u met dit middel begonnen bent. Hierna dient het aantal kauwgoms geleidelijk te worden verminderd, bijvoorbeeld door iedere 2-5 dagen één kauwgom weg te laten. Als u er niet binnen 4 maanden in slaagt om te stoppen met roken door een serieuze poging, moet u professionele hulp zoeken. Regelmatig gebruik van Nicotine kauwgom Linn gedurende meer dan 6 maanden is in het algemeen niet aan te raden. In sommige gevallen kan een langere behandelingsduur nodig zijn om terugval te vermijden. Reservekauwgom dient te worden bewaard omdat het verlangen om te roken plots kan terugkeren. Advies en ondersteuning verbeteren de kans op succes.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
bij start iedere 1-2 uur 1, meestal 8-12 stuks per dag voldoende; na 3 maanden dosering geleidelijk verlagen, stoppen bij gebruik 1-2 stuks per dag. Niet langer gebruiken dan 6 maanden. Niet eten of drinken tijdens het kauwen en 15 minuten voor gebruik stoppen met het drinken van zure dranken (zoals, koffie, vruchtensap of frisdrank).

The Best for Athletics
Color: Black/Gray
This is a sleek, light wristwatch that will not weigh you down with its bulk. Forget the gigantic profile of a "survivalist" wristwatch. This unisex model is svelte and slim, not adding much to the wake you generate while swimming, or the swing of your arms while running, or the wind as it passes around your wrists and hands while you are speeding by on your racing bike. This is only 34mm across, by 35mm tall, by 11.5mm thick. The wristband is 13mm at its median working width. Timex styling cannot be beat, and neither is the resin-rubber-like material. I don't know about you, but the price is something I take a good look at. I want a watch that is reasonably priced and high-quality. I don't want to spend $200 to $1000 on a watch and worrying about being careful with it. If it gets smashed, it's only $30 to $50, not a big loss, and the quality is way better than what they were making in the 1980's. These watches are made for athletics and the real world.

Great watch, flimsy band

I bought this watch to replace a similar model because the band broke. I see this is a recurrent problem in many other reviews. However, I liked the watch enough to buy it again anyway. I found the new model easy to set, being fairly intuitive. So far it keeps perfect time. I use this watch mainly as a travel watch, and loved the dual time zone function. I am pleased that the newer model now has the ability to set 3 times zones instead of 2, which is an added bonus. The only con I see at this point is the flimsy strap. Unfortunately, the strap on this model is even thinner than on the previous one, and I wonder how long it will last. Also I wonder about the battery length. I think these watches may have been sitting around a long time. The setting showed 2012. I am afraid much of the battery life of the original battery may have already been used up and the battery may need replacing early. Only time will tell. The watch fits my small wrist fine and it is a little more attractive than the old model. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the band problem.

Fine for a man (with skinny wrists)

I have an older mens ironman which has gotten a little beat up and needs replacing. The band is much longer than I need. The metal clasp sits off-center on the underside of my wrist, closer to the part of my wrist which curves around to the front. The too-long strap sometimes flops around and catches on things. I couldn't find a smaller-band mens version, so I tried this "womens" watch (picking the most manly-looking one, of course). I like it better. The band fits my wrist much better, with the metal band in the middle and no flop. I also like that the watch is lighter and the face and band are smaller and less bulky, so it is less noticeable when I'm wearing it (cycling weight weenies will appreciate this). The face is still large enough to be easily legible and contains all of the same great features as my mens ironman watch, plus the newer versions now have an hourly chime, nice! Other info: my wrist is ~17.5cm or ~7.0" around. On this watch, I use the 6th out of 9 slots on the band. On my mens ironman, I use the 3rd out of 9 slots. Weight: this one = 28g, mens = 39g.
Pics show comparison of my prior mens ironman with this new "womens" ironman. Photo order is confusing (couldn't figure out how to change that). They are: (1) side-by-side, mens on left, (2) mens band (wider and clasp is off-center on my wrist, end of band hangs over the edge of my wrist -- too long for me -- catches on things), (3) womens band (less wide, clasp is more centered on my wrist and end does hang over edge of my wrist), (3) womens watch (smaller, and looks new), and (5) mens watch, looking a little beat up.
