Deze Perzisch ijzerhout Parrotia persica 'Bella' houdt van een plekje in de ochtendzon waar het niet te droog is. Zorg voor een voedingsrijke bodem. Deze prachtige solitaire heester/boom bloeit in februari en maart met kleine rode knopbloemetjes.

Blad en groeihoogte

Deze beveerde, compacte boom blijft smal en wordt maximaal 6-8 meter groot. Het blad is in het voorjaar en in de zomer prachtig van vorm en schitterend groen. In de herfst behoort de herfstverkleuring tot de meest spectaculaire van alle soorten. De fenomenale herfstkleuren zijn paars, rood, oranje, paars en geel gemixt.

Verschil parrotia persica bella en vanessa 

Het belangrijkste verschil tussen de Parrotia persica 'Bella' en de Parrotia persica 'Vanessa' zit in de kroonvorm, de intensiteit van de bladkleuren en de maximale hoogte. Hoewel beide cultivars (Perzisch ijzerhout) een smallere, meer opgaande boomvorm hebben dan de brede, grillige wilde soort, zijn er duidelijke onderlinge verschillen. Zo blijft de Bella kleiner en is de Vanessa meer slanker. De herfstverkleuring van het blad is bij de Bella feller dan bij de Vanessa. Beide hier verkrijgbaar en een goede keuze sowieso!

Runs large and too squishy of a sole

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I really wanted to love these, but the fit was off, and the sole is extremely squishy, which on a platform shoe was nearly a disaster.  I wear an 8.5/9 in all my shoes. I got a size 9, and they were far too big. I also have wide feet and the straps still had excess room between the strap and the tops of my feet.  I tried the shoes on, took a few steps, and the sole was so squishy it felt like I was falling. If I had a size 8, instead of 9, maybe that would not have happened.  I ended up returning, but wish the fit was better as these are super cute shoes

Excellent value for an automatic watch, keeps VERY good time.

I've only had the watch for a day but wanted to leave a quick review on it to share a couple of notes. So far it keeps VERY good time, better than any of the automatics I own (including a Rolex Submariner, Tag Heuer Aquaracer, Tag Heuer Formula One, and several other sub $1k watches). I set it to an atomic time app on my phone yesterday and 24 hours later it's still SPOT on - hasn't gained/lost even a 1/10 of a second. I was shocked to see it's kept PERFECT time for the last day, I'm really blown away so far. I've worn it the entire time, we'll see how well it keeps time while being stored in a winder. This picture shown is the watch with a 22mm leather band on it, fit's without any issues (just need to squeeze in the leather a tad). I doubt it would work with a 22mm metal bracelet, but leather works great. Just FYI since the 21mm lug width is kind of odd. The face isn't quite a lustrious as the images make it look, but it's still a great-looking watch. For a sub $1000 automatic you can't go wrong, this is a fantastic watch at a great price. It'll be my daily driver for some time I'm sure. If I have any issues in the future I'll update the review.
