Fysiek ondersteunt sinaasappel de spijsvertering en werkt het ontspannend op het zenuwstelsel. Daarnaast werkt ze zuiverend en verzorgend voor de huid, vooral bij een vette of onrustige huid.

Gebruik sinaasappel in een diffuser om een vrolijke, open sfeer te creëren in huis, of meng enkele druppels met een draagolie zoals onze wrijfolie voor een ontspannende massage.
