Il nome del vino deriva da uno degli antichi re del Salento, “Re Sale”, da cui, secondo una leggenda, si è originato il nome stesso della regione. Prodotto a partire da una fermentazione a temperatura controllata, l’affinamento è eseguito all’interno di tonneau francesi per almeno 3 mesi. Un rosso che racconta del perfetto matrimonio tra il primitivo e il Salento.
