Het wijnhuis Delas werd in 1835 opgericht. Vijftig jaar later had dit wijnhuis een wereldwijde reputatie opgebouwd en won het zijn eerste gouden medailles. De wijngaarden bestrijken bijna de hele gemeente Châteauneuf-du-Pape, evenals een deel van vier naburige gemeenten met dezelfde ondergrond (Bédarrides, Courthézon, Orange en Sorgues). De bodem is zeer steenachtig en van variabele diepte, de grond bestaat voornamelijk uit grote kwartsstenen vermengd met rode, zanderige klei. Dit is het droogste gebied van de Côtes du Rhône waar de "Mistral" wind overheerst. De grote ronde stenen op de grond werken als een "opslagverwarmer", absorberen de warmte van de zon gedurende de dag en geven deze 's nachts vrij. Na het ontstoppen en vermalen worden de druiven in betonnen vaten gedaan voor alcoholische gisting. Dit duurt ongeveer tien dagen en wordt gevolgd door een maceratie van acht tot tien dagen om de extractie te voltooien. De wijn wordt onder beluchting afgetapt om een natuurlijke stabilisatie van de componenten mogelijk te maken. Vervolgens gaat het gedurende acht tot veertien maanden in eikenhouten vaten van 60 hectoliter om te rijpen.Hoe smaakt Delas Chateauneuf du Pape?
Hierdoor krijgt hij zijn mooie dikke karakter, met in de geur sterke aroma’s van specerijen en rijp rood fruit zoals bosaardbei, framboos en kers. In de smaak is hij vol en krachtig, mooie tannines aangevuld met veel zwart en rood fruit. Maar ook wat kleine indrukken van zoethout, kruiden en specerijen. Kortom een geweldig glas deze Delas Chateauneuf du Pape. Ideaal bij de traditionele Franse en "Provençaalse" keuken-stoofschotels, gevulde en fijne vleeswaren.Shipping Notes

Effective but slightly greasy
I purchased this for my brother, who has been suffering from eczema and psoriasis for over a decade, and he's never been able to find a product that works for him for longer than a few weeks. The product had already leaked and wasn't packed properly when it arrived, so the sides of the jar were extremely greasy.
Absorption is great - it looks like the skin drinks it right up, if applied nominally. I can't speak to long-term effects yet, but there is an immediate reduction in redness and flakiness. Itching does not subside.

Highly recommend! Lifesaver for sensitive dry eczema
Bought this with their face wash, no regrets. My sensitive, peeling eczema face was getting red and uncomfortable (not to mention peeling no matter what special Derm sample products I tried). This is THICK. A little goes a long way. I pat it into my face and dry eczema patches after using the face wash. It lasts awhile, love that it contains aloe. My redness and literal peeling nose, cheek and chin are 80% better after using 2wks. Immediately felt better with first use. Cannot really use under makeup! This is heavy and a bedtime product.

It does work!
My child was diagnosed with severe eczema and takes the Dupixent shot once a month. He had to stop it for a month before and a month after in order to take his live MMR vaccine. This cream is the first one we have used the actually works. He will still have to get back on his shots, but for a baby with mild to moderate eczema, this might do the trick! Tried it on myself in a few spots and could tell a difference overnight.

Works but packaging is not good,
This stuff really helped my daughter's eczema so I ordered again but when I took the film off the container the jar was oily. I opened the jar and the seal was completely off, stuck to the top of the lid and there was specks that weren't in the last jar. I'm pretty disappointed.

Temporary relief well worth it.
4 stars only because this has not cleared up my 1 year olds eczema in days like the ads say. It IS a great product though. We have gone through almost 3 jars in a week and a half, the skin just seems to soak it in. It has dramatically improved the inflammation and flaky-ness but unfortunately the deep itch persists. We have safely used it on eyelids. It does have an interesting smell to it, I don't mind it but my 9 year old comments on it every time it's used.
Product works well enough and provides temporary relief that we've purchased other items from the shop.
