If you've ever heard a synthesizer in action, chances are you've heard of a low-pass filter, a powerful tone-sculpting tool whose nuts and bolts increase exponentially as utility increases linearly. Found on even the earliest examples of analog synthesis, the low-pass filter establishes a cutoff frequency, and then rejects all frequencies above it at an intensity determined by the filter's construction. We've taken that guesswork out of the picture, letting you define your own cutoff frequency with an aggressive filter design. A resonance control lets you dial in the amount of synthiness" by feeding the output signal back into the front end. A gain control dials in some grit on the front end to drive the filter harder. This filter design absolutely excels when stacked behind your favorite dirt or mod pedal, a hotter signal gets completely swallowed by the filter for even more synth-like textures. Try a fuzz in front for some serious Zappa tones! Our Filter kit puts this synth-like control right at your feet, giving you a Resonance control (also known as "feedback") for a more intense filtering experience, as well as an onboard Gain control to add some grit to the signal. This kit sounds absolutely dynamite when stacked with your favorite dirt box. You're going to love this one. EXTENDED OVERVIEW There is not one facet of audio electronics more understated than that of the humble filter. Whether you know it or not, filters are one of the fundamental building blocks of guitar effects. From the simple low-pass filter included with every Rat circuit to the Moog "ladder filter" circuit that once defined electronic music, filters are everywhere. One of the coolest bits about the humble filter is that many examples aren't so humble. Partswise, the aforementioned circuits have three and ~50 pieces respectively-the Moog circuit isn't even the most complicated of the bunch. And there are far more types of filters than one might expect, along with orders of gradual intensity. Audio filters first arrived on the working guitarist's pedalboard in the '70s when Seamoon released its Funk Machine, packaged in the form of an envelope-controlled effect. Mike Beigel's Mu-Tron III followed shortly after, utilizing a bipolar-powered state-variable filter straight out of an engineering textbook but with the added twist that it was also envelope controllable. As it turns out, state-variable filters are an excellent jumping-off point to building one's own audio filter, and so today we humbly offer up a stripped-down state-variable low-pass filter. Of the three main filter "-pass" types of filters, low-pass is perhaps the most recognizable. The filter rejects frequencies higher than the adjustable cutoff point, resulting in a slick, studio-quality effect. Of course, the "Filter" control in the Rat is also a low-pass filter, but it's an extremely simple passive affair and so the attenuation is not as steep and as a result, the sound is not quite as dramatic as that of the state-variable design. Controls - Filter: Selects the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter. At one end, the cutoff frequency is about 9KHz, and the other end drops it down to 280Hz. - Gain: This is actually a potentiometer in series with the input, which works the same as your volume control on your guitar. If you plan on running the Filter first in your chain, you can leave this knob cranked and use your guitar's volume in its place. Integrating this pedal on a pedalboard will require a little finer adjustment. - Resonance: This introduces feedback into the circuit to make it more "synth-like" in the simplest possible terms. When it is all the way down, you get some tame but still present filtering. As you turn the knob up, the filtering becomes more and more intense, with the maximum sounding very "juicy". If you've dealt with some of the more intricate synth filter designs in the past, you may be asking yourself if cranking this control will cause the filter to oscillate. It will not. Power supply The Knight School Filter only accepts a center-negative DC power supply capable of supplying 9 volts. DIY Kitinformation The circuit board has everything labeled as to what part goes where. You'll find the below image very helpful to identify what parts are what. There's also a video below showing you how the process will go. "Controls:

Mans XXL Light Baby Blue Linen Suit 6'5" 225 lbs
Mans XXL Light Baby Blue Linen Suit 6'5" 225 lbs
"This suit fit me perfectly. I was unsure of fit initially so I looked at measurements carefully and selected -true to my size- On suits that arrived a size too big I used a strategy found on Google to shrink my suit. On the wash setting, set it to hottest water setting and tumble/time setting. On the dryer set it to longest hottest heat setting and two things will happen, it will take out wrinkles and be a perfect fit!

4.5 Stars.. Comfy, but Really Check the Size Charts
I love the material of this suit. Very comfy fabric. Out of the box, it was WAY less wrinkled than I thought it would be. The pics I took are of the suit are straight out of the packaging.
When it comes to the suit itself, I really have nothing but complements. I will note a few items on the sizing:
I am 6'3", 270, and I got the 3XL. The size chart says it goes to 260lb, and I think it is right, but with a caveat... Here's why:
Pants: The pants actually fit me great. There is a comfort waistband, but I don't even really need it. I generally wear a 40" jean; 38" when they go to a loose fit.. The inseam is great as well. I am either a 32" or 34", but most 32" inseams are a bit short...
Jacket. I tend to wear a XXLT or a 52L from a suit shop. The shoulders of the jacket fit fine. It feels OK through the arms and chest, but it is probably 1/2 - 1" away from a comfortable ability to button the jacket at my "gut". Thus my comment about sizing.
I am a bit surprised that the pants fit so well through the waist but the jacket does not fit as ideally. Still - I think I am only a few pounds away from a good fit.
So I kept the 5 star review with the note as the size chart does call it out... Being so descriptive here for your benefit.

Pretty good suit
I am pleasantly impressed with the quality of the suit. Out-of-the-box, this suit fits me nearly perfectly and I may only have to do minimal alterations. I usually wear a size medium and the jacket fits me perfectly in the shoulder area. In dress shirt sizing, I usually buy a 15-15 1/2 x 34-35 sleeve length. The sleeves in this suit fit me perfectly, and the buttons are high enough so one can take the sleeves in a little over an inch, making the sleeves an inch shorter.
This suit is a slim fit suit, yet the suit hangs loosely around the stomach area. Tightening up the stomach area is an easy alteration, and I may just move the button an inch to give me the desirable V-shaped look. Talking about buttons, the suit is only a single button jacket, and the cut is like a two button jacket. Why they make single button jackets is beyond me, but they include a second button if one wants to alter the jacket into a two button jacket. I understand the decision to make midsection a little loose as many people to have a belly. Yet this suit is slim fit, and if one wants the tailored look, one would have to move the button in or alter the jacket a bit.
My typical pan size is 32x32 and these pants fit fine. The legs may be an inch long, so I would say these medium pants are 32x33. There is some extra fabric so one can let out another inch, and one can shorten the pants as much as they like.
The fabric feels alright for a polyester suit.
Overall, this is a really nice suit, but does not have the complete tailored look like I get with some other designer slim fit suits. They designed this suit for someone with a little belly as well.

Not what I envisioned
The linen looks like cotton and the lapel is VERY wide. The sleeve are too long for the size I ordered. I had to spend an additional $50.00 for alterations.

costume and professional
This is a fun suit and would be amusing to wear to a date. It screams out pompous in a delightful way.
I like the fit overall and while not perfect it wears well enough. Best of all is that I can dance in it.
I attached some media so that you can get a crystal clear idea about what this suits appearance is.
The bottomline is that most people will find this suit playful and maybe even a bit classy.
