Biologisch geteeld, handmatige pluk, uitsluitend inheemse gist. De Hautes Côtes de Beaune Blanc En Vallerot is 100% Chardonnay van een perceel in Magny-lès-Villers op kalkrijke mergelbodems. Slechts 3.600 flessen per jaar.

Beschrijving: Helder goudgeel met aroma's van citrusbloesem, peer, witte perzik en een fijne mineraliteit. Fris en energiek in de mond, met een elegante textuur en een lange, minerale afdronk.
