Ingrediënten
Magnesiumcitraat, Calciumcitraat, Calciumascorbaat, Glucosaminesulfaat-2-KCI (bevat SCHAALDIEREN), Methylsulfonylmethaan, Chondroïtinesulfaat (rund), Natriumboraat, Mangaancitraat.
Gebruik
2 afgestreken maatschepjes (8 gram) per dag innemen, bij voorkeur een half uur voor het slapen, vermengd in een beetje water, biogarde of karnemelk.
Dit product bevat per maatschep 500 mg calcium en 300 mg magnesium. Extra aanvulling van deze mineralen is daarom meestal niet nodig.
