De Champagne is opgebouwd uit 61 procent Pinot Noir afkomstig uit veertien Cru's en de 39 procent Chardonnay druif afkomstig uit 91 procent Grand Cru en een beetje Premier Cru. Alleen de beste druiven voeden deze Champagne en alle druiven worden met de hand geoogst. Na de oogst rijpt deze La Grande Année 2014 in houten vaten in de kelders van Bollinger. Hierna volgt een flesrijping zoals bij elke Champagne voor een periode van dertig maanden in de kelders. Want voor perfectie is geduld nodig. Er ontstaat een uniek stukje vakwerk met veel volheid en kracht. De delicate kleur en gouden tinten zijn een teken van rijpheid van de Champagne en de bereidingsmethoden van Bollinger. La Grande Année is de belichaming van de zorgvuldig bewaard gebleven traditionele expertise van het Bollinger Champagne House. De wijn is daarom uitsluitend gevinifieerd in kleine oude eiken vaten. Champagne Bollinger heeft deze traditionele ambachtelijke methode, die helpt bij het ontwikkelen van geweldige finesse, nooit verlaten. Na een langdurige veroudering van zijn droesem, wordt zelfs elke fles La Grande Année met de hand doorzeefd en uit elkaar gehaald.De geuren en smaken van Bollinger La Grande Année 2014
In de geur een eerste indruk van verse amandelen. Daarop volgend geel fruitige fruitaroma's die peer en mango oproepen. Daarnaast ook aroma’s van geroosterde tonen vergezeld door de gedroogde citrusvruchten en roze grapefruit. Wat een magnifieke Champagne van Bollinger. Een heerlijke aromatische volheid met honingaroma's en een zachte, krijtachtige textuur, geglaceerde citroentonen en een heerlijke bitterheid. Afgerond met een authentieke frisse en lange afdronk. protection plan is easy.
The protection plan worked on my coffee pot. It was just over 14 months and started to leak. I first called amazon and they sent me a link to the protection plan. It was very easy to use. I received a Amazon gift card instead of a replacement. The price of the coffee pot had increased so you will receive the lower option. I did receive the total cost of the pot at the time I purchased it.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet.
My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan.
I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS.
Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
