Missatge en Una Ampolla van Amós Bañeres is een expressieve oranjewijn uit Penedès, gemaakt van 100% Macabeo op kalk- en leemgronden. Hij ondergaat zachte vinificatie met inheemse gisten en rijpt ca. 6–11 maanden “sur lie” in roestvrij staal, zonder ingrijpende filtering of toevoegingen. Het resultaat is een frisse, bloemige wijn met tonen van gele appel, citrus en een subtiele mineraliteit. Amós Bañeres werkt kleinschalig, met respect voor de natuur en lage interventie in de kelder.
