Le vignoble :
Le vignoble du Château Grand Corbin-Despagne représente près de 29 hectares en appellation Saint-Émilion. Il s'étend sur des sols argilo-siliceux sur crasses de fer et sables anciens sur argile. Le vignoble est conduit en agriculture biologique certifiée depuis 2013.
Vinification :
Vendanges manuelles en cagettes. 5 tris successifs. Vinification parcellaire. Macération thermo-régulée.
Maturation ;
50% barriques neuves, 50% barriques d'un vin.
Assemblage :
Merlot (75%), cabernet franc (24%), cabernet sauvignon (1%).
