In bocca si rivela intenso e potente, caratterizzato da un sorso corrispondente, sapido e persistente.Ci troviamo nella rinomata zona dell’Alto Adige DOC, dove la cantina Kollerhof produce prevalentemente tipici ed eleganti Pinot Nero. “Plon” nasce per dare vita al nuovo progetto aziendale, di produrre un vino bianco di alta qualità, partendo da uve chardonnay. La cantina acquista così un vigneto dal suolo calcareo nei pressi del lago di Caldaro e nel 2019 lo rinnova con 3000 barbatelle, cominciando l’allevamento a Guyot. Nel 2021 la prima vendemmia e le prime bottiglie prodotte (appena un centinaio). Oggi “Plon” si presenta come un bianco vinificato in acciaio dal carattere intenso, fruttato e minerale, sostenuto da un corpo solido ed equilibrato, grazie al breve affinamento sui lieviti.
Perfetto da bere in ogni occasione, grazie alla sua versatilità negli abbinamenti con il cibo, “Plon” si abbina alla perfezione con primi piatti di pesce o di verdura, ma anche con secondi di mare e di carne bianca.

Very Interesting and Well-Written

This is a really great book.

I am a layperson so those who read this review should consider that. I have read this book slowly, very slowly and as a layperson have found it to be so very, very enlightening. This material has such depth and there were sections that I read that caused me to put the book down and consider what I had just encountered. Life is not a simple journey especially when we pick up so much detritus on the way. For years, I knocked on so many variously colored doors - entering and finding myself wanting...not them, mind you, but myself. Reading this - pointed me to a gate that swung open to a garden area, albeit, very overgrown, untended. It is here now that I work - some of what I thought were weeds are not. Some of what I thought were flowers are not. I just want to be free and am willing to accept that responsibility. Thank you, Dr. Yalom....you sage of my generation.

Great book for growth
Format: Hardcover
Deep and thoughtful book, worth the investment for any training psychotherapist or social worker. Yalom is a leader in the field and one whom I trust. I have my PhD in psychology and can't suggest this enough. .

I tried to cancel my order when I saw the negative reviews of water damage (only a couple, but the book was a more expensive textbook so I didnt want to risk it) but it was too late. Luckily the book came looking practically brand new. It was listed as "good".

Wow!
Format: Hardcover
This text is so fascinating. I was hesitant to make this purchase based on the price alone, but it is so worth it if you want to understand Existential Psychotherapy. Yalom, as many will already know, is a titan in the field of existential psychotherapy. This is a text that is from one of the fields most well-respected experts. Its also filled with a lot of content which makes the price tag certainly worth it. You'll likely walk away feeling like you got your money's worth and much more. Highly recommend
