Deze Sauvignon Blanc is helder geelachtig van kleur, de wijn vertoont prominente aroma's van passievrucht, lychee, vijg en feijoa, met een achtergrond van citrus en gemaaid gras. Met een zachte en uitgebalanceerde zuurgraad vertoont deze zomerse en smaakvolle wijn een lange en ondeugende afdronk.
De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en streng geselecteerd, waarna de druiven voorzichtig in volle trossen geperst. De wijn onderging een fermentatieproces van drie weken bij temperaturen tussen 12-18 ° C. Direct na de gisting werd de wijn gescheiden van zijn most en enkele maanden bewaard in roestvrijstalen tanks.

Runs large

Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I
