De speler die begint gooit met de dobbelsteen. Deze bepaalt of je 1 snotje moet pakken, 2 snotjes moet pakken, een snotje mag stelen van een andere speler of een beurt over moet slaan. De spelers doen dit om beurten totdat Piet Snot niest! HATSJOE! De ronde eindigt wanneer een speler een snotje trekt waardoor de hersenen en ogen van Piet Snot gaan vliegen. Elke speler telt zijn snotjes. 1 punt per snotje. Heb je alle 3 de verschillende kleuren snotjes? Dan verdien je een bonuspunt. De speler met de meeste punten is de winnaar!
