Bilanciato da una trama tannica fitta e morbida, ricorda il velluto tale è la sua grazia. Chiude con un finale molto lungo, sul frutto.Una grande interpretazione del montepulciano per un vino che combina come pochi altri caratteristiche quali eleganza, ricchezza e beva. Lungo, sempre equilibrato e piacevolissimo, il Chronicon proviene dai vigneti che circondano la cantina di Bolognano. Dopo la lunga fermentazione sulle bucce in acciaio a temperatura controllata il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Chronicon di Zaccagnini matura per almeno 12 mesi in barrique di secondo e terzo passaggio prima di un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia.
A tutto pasto, il Chronicon di Zaccagnini è Montepulciano ideale per accompagnare ricchi piatti di carne, anche in umido.
