Hand-Selected Alder

Our hardtail guitar bodies are crafted from 2-piece A-grade alder, a favourite among top guitar manufacturers due to its lightweight to medium weight and excellent tonal qualities. The fine grain and light colour of alder make it perfect for a range of finishes, whether solid or transparent, ensuring a high-quality look for your guitar build.

Sonically, alder provides a resonant, well-balanced tone with rich sustain and sharp attack. Its closed-pore structure enhances tonal clarity across the frequency spectrum, making it a reliable choice for a variety of playing styles.

Our hardtail Strat bodies are available in a range of iconic colours, precisely recreated using genuine shades from the big F. Whether you’re aiming for a vintage-inspired look or something bold and unique, we offer a finish to match your vision.

Perfectly Sized Neck Pocket

Each body is designed with precision to ensure a snug neck pocket fit, making it fully compatible with most aftermarket guitar necks, including those styled after Fender models. Pre-drilled holes simplify the neck installation process, ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Hardtail Bridge Compatibility

Just like the original Fender Hardtail Strat, our bodies have a E to E string spacing of  56.5mm (2 7/32"), making them compatible with the Fender Original Hardtail Bridge, and the Hosco T105P.

Ready-to-Use Routing

All of our hardtail bodies come fully routed for electronics, including pickups, control cavities, and hardware mounts, so you can get started on your project quickly. Since bridge options can vary widely, some models may not include pre-drilled bridge mounting holes, giving you the freedom to install the bridge of your choice.
