Bright, glossy golden — the luminous, concentrated colour of a Beechworth Chardonnay of genuine intensity and exceptional vintage character from Savaterre’s mature, close-planted vineyard.
Aroma
Glossy and creamy with a savoury nutty element — honey nougat, spicy oak, and a mix of nectarine, pear, lime, and melon, with fine powdery grip to the texture and something of a sour yoghurt flavour adding complexity and depth. A tightly coiled bouquet of outstanding potential.
