開心果蕨餅忌廉蛋糕
Pistachio Cream Cake with Warabi-Mochi
以台灣茉莉花茶粉製作戚風蛋糕，選用伊朗出產的開心果自家製作開心果醬及開心果忌廉，蛋糕除了兩層開心果忌廉外，還加入烘烤過的焦糖開心果粒及開心果醬， 令開心果味更突出！另外一層則加入清爽Q彈的黃豆粉蕨餅，增添層次外還能解膩！蛋糕面的中心則加入自家調配的開心果芝士奶蓋，使口感更豐富！

建議自備保溫袋及冰包，或以$20 加購。保溫袋及冰包可延長蛋糕於室溫存放1小時。但因為忌廉蛋糕比較脆弱及易溶，我們建議客人盡快放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)。
蛋糕存放 STORAGE
取蛋糕後建議於半小時內放入雪櫃(攝氏 4 度)並於當天享用，切勿於室溫下存放超過 1 小時。請放入雪櫃最少半小時後才享用，口感更佳。
