Divan bed Ottoman Storage Base with End Lift refined fusion of luxury and everyday practicality. This elegantly proportioned base conceals a generous storage cavity beneath a robust liftased top, offering easy access to spare linens, seasonal bedding, or clothing while preserving the bedrooms clean lines and sense of calm. Designed for contemporary spaces that demand both performance and elegance, it pairs a classical silhouette with modern, spaceving function.

Crafted in the UK by skilled craftspeople, this base rests on a robust timber frame and precise jointing, built for daily use in both domestic and contract settings. The upholsteryovered top provides a stable surface for the mattress above, while meticulous engineering ensures quiet, dependable operation for years to come. In keeping with Prime Contract Beds’ reputation for UK craftsmanship, the finish is refined, durable, and finished to a high standard. It is independently tested to Crib 5 BS7177 fire safety standards, giving confidence across applications.

The heart of this piece is the End lift mechanism. When opened, the lid rises to reveal a spacious storage chamber, accessible from the foot or side in compatible configurations. This approach keeps the bed footprint compact when closed, yet liberates wardrobe or linen space when needed. The lift operates smoothly and securely, with a reassuring feel of quality that lasts well beyond first impressions.

Upholstery options: Prime Contract Beds offers over 50+ premium fabrics and colours, grouped by fabric collections to help you curate the perfect look. Choose from the textures of Chenille (Aubergine, Black, Charcoal, Chocolate, Cream, Mink, Red, Silver, Teal) and Coniston (Almond, Armour, Blue, Charcoal, Emerald, Mink, Oxblood, Pink, Turmeric), alongside Crush, Dumfries, Linoso, Naple, Plush, PVC Leather, and Teddy. You can request free fabric swatches to preview colour, texture, and quality before ordering, ensuring your bed harmonises with your décor and personal style.

Available in the following divan bed sizes: 3 Single, 4' Small Double, 4'6 Double, 5' King Size, and 6' Super King. Will Dispell The Idea That There Are 400 Silent Years.
Format: Hardcover
This was a great read, covering the period from 500 BC to the 1st century CE. It's solidly rooted in the Bible and presents a clear, easy-to-follow narrative of a historically complex era. Thanks to this book, I now see the Gospels as a natural continuation of that time. The insights into the power struggles among various sects are particularly compelling, as is the exploration of how compromises were made in the pursuit of influence. A truly worthwhile read!

Knowledgeable History; Uncharitable Theological Commentary
Format: Kindle
The author seems incredibly knowledgeable about the topic. I am learning a tremendous amount about the period bridging the Old and New Testament periods by reading this book. However, it is incredibly frustrating to me that the author compares modern day fellow-Christian cessationists with the unbelieving Sanhedrin whom Stephen excoriated in Acts chapter 7. "The insinuation is that the Holy Spirit, which had inspired the Torah, was the very same spirit who had been prophetically active down to the time of Jesus but whom the Jewish leaders were now railing against. One wonders what words Stephen would have for modern readers who perpetuate the notion of prophetic silence." At first this passage irritated me as an unnecessary and uncharitable jab. But I decided to write a review to let readers know to be prepared: if you do not have a Grudem-style view of ongoing prophecy, you should expect the author of this book to take cheap and uncharitable jabs, and to compare you to unbelieving Jews who rejected God's word. It actually colors my ability to take the author seriously, though I paid far too much for this book not to persevere through it. The author could have chosen to take an objective and charitable stance and simply report the facts. I'm surprised an editor didn't encourage the author to restrain his criticisms.
