Appearance
Light mahogany with a warm, natural luminosity — a direct reflection of 18 years in sherry seasoned oak.
Aroma
Treacle tart and stem ginger open the nose, followed by soaked raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange and ground cinnamon. Inviting, warming, and beautifully complex.
Palate
Soft and rich on entry, the palate delivers dark chocolate-coated ginger alongside sticky dates and dried apricots. Oak provides structure and balance, whilst a gentle sweetness of vanilla weaves throughout with effortless elegance.
Finish
Long and lingering, with dried fruits, stem ginger, and oak persisting well beyond the last sip.
Pairs With
