All Hobart AWS, NGW and scales are all factory reset & come with a service key. You will have to have Hobart come to do initial set up. Once your unit has been set up, you can use the service key to change sku's and pricing.

We offer a 30-day warranty on all equipment if and only if it has been set up & installed by a professional commercial service provider.
