Nihilo Factory Foam is a must have for that muddy race. It can be stuffed into all those cracks and crevices that will typically pack full with mud making you bike heavy and hard to handle. This type of foam was introduced back in the day by the factory race teams and is finally making its comeback because it really works! The worst thing is a heavy mud packed bike when you are riding in rough conditions, save your energy by eliminating pounds of mud from being trapped between your skid plate, around your shift lever and around you linkage. You can even put it on top of your helmet and visor to keep mud from building up. Simply cut with household scissors to the desired shape and zip tie on. Factory Foam can be washed and reused countless times, you will find more uses every time it rains.

If you’re not careful (especially when using higher speeds), it can splash pretty easily. The product description says it’s designed to prevent mess with stable low-RPM operation, and that’s true if you stay on the lower settings—but once you ramp it up, you really need to keep the whisk fully submerged or start slow, or it can send milk flying out of the container
