1960年代頃のJULIANAのビジューイヤリング。

鮮やかなロイヤルブルー、透明感のあるグリーンのマーキスカットストーン、ピーコックブルー、アクアブルーのラウンドストーン・・彩り豊かなストーンたちが美しいフォルムにセットされ、穏やかなイエローのエナメルが施されたリーフがあしらわれています。

ラインストーンの秀逸な色使い、華麗でユニークなデザインに、JULIANAならではのセンスとクラフトマンシップを感じる逸品。耳元に沿うシルエットもとても素敵。

約60年の時を経てもなお美しく、身に纏えば気分まで華やがせてくれそうです。

【JULIANA(ジュリアナ)とは】 
De LizzaとElsterが1947年に設立し、1990年代まで存続したDelizza&Elster Company(D&E)の自社ジュエリーライン。この会社は高いジュエリー制作技術を持ち、Weiss, Alice Caviness, Hobe, Hattie Carnegie, Kenneth J. Lane, Kramerなど多くのブランドのジュエリー生産を手掛けていました。

D&Eは1953年に自社ジュエリー"JULIANA"の制作を開始。高品質のカラーガラスやラインストーンが手作業で石留めされた、華やかでボリュームのあるデザインが特徴です。ジュリアナの専門書が出版されるほどそのランナップは多彩で、現在も世界中に愛好家がいます。ジュエリーは刻印なしで制作されたため(1968～1969年の2年間のみペーパータグを付けて販売されました)、ジュエリーの複数の特徴によりジュリアナのものかどうかを識別します。
