The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 left hand threads on the shank, and a 2.625 in. mounting width ball with a .562 in. thru bolt hole. Cute and comfy

My daughter loved these so much I ordered the next size up for when she outgrows her current pair. These are easily her favorite shoe, and I like them because they’re quick to put on and look cute with a variety of outfits. My 64 year old aunt who has tiny feet also got a pair and loves them as well. They appeal to kids without looking like a “kid” shoe. Good work Sketchers.
