Turi Bianco is based on Catarratto, a local indigenous grape (Turi is the nickname for Salvatore in Sicilian). Fresh, crunchy and minerality, with notes of citrus peel, aromatic herbs and a hint of saline. This is a wine that clearly hails from a land of sun and wind, caressed by the waves of the sea.
