This intercooler was designed and manufactured to give the new range of F series BMWs more power and keep intake air temperature as low as possible. It has taken us some time to find the proper designs and correct manufacturing facilities to meet our quality and performance requirements. You will see that this models does just that. Some of those performance requirements are outlined below under ADVANTAGES. This intercooler is manufactured for improved performance of BMW M135i, M235i, M2, 335i and 435i.
Advantages:
- Each competition intercooler is manufactured with bar and plate construction for greater heat dissipation. This design is more efficient transferring heat and minimizes heat soak. Bar and plate will generally recover faster from heat either in the engine compartment or repeated heating from energetic driving. Like at track events.
- Our intercooler design allows us to increase the number of rows in a given frontal area by up to 25% over conventional designs
- Our intercoolers utilize powder coated finish for superior corrosion resistance over bare aluminum especially in the front of cars where rain and debris is blown into the intercooler at pressure and speed.
- Our intercoolers use cast aluminum end caps, a bit more expensive but they provide more rounded shapes for better airflow. Cast aluminum end caps give the best results in air flow and reliability. Each end cap is TIG welded to the intercooler core.

Who can live without slime great stuff and a good price. 👍

If anyone has an outdoor anything that takes air. You should never be caught without this stuff. It seals your tires on almost anything and it lasts longer than you would expect. It’s easy to use and easy to clean up after using it. It will work well for anything that is supposed to hold air. Great product.

Slime is good, pump is a disaster

The only reason I am giving this a 4 star(not zero) rating is the slime itself. The actual pump on the 1 gallon canister is awful. It makes so much mess, so I do not know whether I pumped the slime into the tubes or it all just spilled out of the base of the pump. The bottles worked great, but this time I needed to use more slime for a bunch of tires. What a slimy mess that was. Very poor pump design. Only after I spilled who knows how much of the slime, I finally washed it and was able to see the problem. The cap at the base of the pump got unscrewed and let all the slime lose. I screwed it back up and this should fix the mess next time I use it. Just a heads if someone encounters the same issue.

Fixes flats and old tires like a charm

This stuff is awesome. If you have tractor tires, ATV tires, bike, tires, hell, any tires that hold air. This stuff is awesome. Awesome. Awesome. It does not work for highway vehicles, i.e. Cars and truck trucks. But anything else it’s great. Dollies, air compressors, wheelbarrows, the stuff is awesome dude.
