When the clay reaches a leather-hard stage, the dog's name is stamped on it, and the clay is smoothed with a damp sponge. After an additional week of drying, the bowl is bisque-fired, then glazed, and fired again. Finally, the bottom is sanded, the bowl is packed, and sent to its new owner! The entire process takes about a month, which is why the delivery time is 1-2 months.
