Hillda’s Guiding Bolt is a shockingly complex and purposefully blended Mixed Culture Sour IPA. First, we brewed a hazy pale ale hoped with Citra and Lemondrop. This beer is equally acidic, hoppy, elegant, and intellectually stimulating.
