For most people, the thought of a wool coat doesn’t typically bring a smile to their face, because with it comes colder winds and greyer skies. For me, it’s my favourite time of the year for vintage fashion. There’s nothing like wrapping up in a coat that hugs you like a cozy blanket and layering up with all of those gorgeous cold weather textiles.

This 1940s dark brown wool coat is crafted from a heavy wool material for superior warmth and comfort. The length ensures full coverage of your body for a classic, sophisticated look, perfect for coldest weather.

In overall excellent, gently worn, vintage exterior condition. The bottom button is veering off the side and in not completely centered to the other buttons. This is mostly only apparent when open and can easily be repositioned if desire by a professional or if you are handy with a needle and thread.  

The inside lining has some fraying along the collar edge. It is still quite sturdy and not coming unravelled on it's own. I would recommend a patch here to give this piece added security and a handle with care in this area if not patching. 

I would call this a Small / Medium. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
