The straight bar has a robust steel construction, a rotating attachment part and rubberised handles. As a result, it fulfils its function well when performing exercises. It is ideal for pull-ups and rowing for the back muscles, arm extension for the triceps, arm bending for the biceps and many other exercises performed on the cable machine. The straight bar allows you to isolate individual muscle parts during exercises, which promotes muscle mass growth. Training on the cable machine with the bar increases the strength and endurance of the muscles of the upper body. The cable attachment is suitable for all cable machines and rotates 360 degrees, so that your wrists always stay in a comfortable position during exercise. Very nice!

This bed frame is fantastic, and was a lot easier to put together than some of the reviews would have you believe. The instructions were good, and the pieces of the bed were labeled with stickers to make it easy. It even came with a little ratcheting Allen wrench that made things faster.
The bed doesn't wobble to creak, it looks nice, and it was affordable. I am very happy with it and I think that you will be too

Decent price. Needs improvement.

This frame was a good price. And for that price it was good enough, but not perfect.
The directions do not match the stickers on the pieces. But if you match up the stickers and ignore the directions, its not hard to assemble.
The metal slats are to far apart to prevent mattress sagging. They are also very smooth an the mattress would easily side out of place.
The headboard looks great. The metal is solid.
In order to fix the mattress sagging and sliding, I opted to make some cheap bunkie boards. I got some thin utility board from the local hardware store. It was damaged and only cost 5$.
Cut 77" by 12" was the right size. Drilled holes and zip tied to the metal slats. Random holes for ventilation.
It seems better now, only time will tell. They should update the directions and add more slats.

CHOOSE a DIFFERENT Bed Frame!!!!

Please choose a different bed frame. My partner and I built this today together and it took way longer than we thought it was going to because the instructions were so horrible. Some of the parts were also very flimsy. It looks good once done but it’s not worth it. I wish I had picked something else. Not to mention one of the wood pieces already was cracked when we opened the box.
