Description:
CAMCO® FMO-8-46 is a custom-blended polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon hydraulic oil for the food industry. It has excellent thermal and oxidative stability, providing reliable performance and extending oil life. Minimal deposit formation gives a cleaner system and reduced frequency of filter changes. Excellent shear stability, as the synthetic requires no VI improvers producing no excessive loss in viscosity due to mechanical shearing. Good anti-wear properties promote reduced downtime.
CAMCO® FMO-8-46 provides improved lubrication at high and low temperatures.
Authorized by USDA for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. Registered by the NSF in Category H-1. Registration Number 135616. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 - Lubricants with Incidental Food Contact.

How to Use:
For optimum performance clean thoroughly the lubrication point, first mechanically and then with a appropriate food safe cleaner. Flush the system. Observe instructions of the machine manufacturer. Relubrication intervals and amount to be defined according to service conditions. Don't mix with other lubricants.
Typical Applications:
CAMCO® FMO-8-46 synthetic hydraulic oil is also suitable for multipurpose lubrications in the food industry.
