AIRMAR IDST810-002 DST810 Smart multisensor is a throughput sensor that sends data via NMEA 2000 and via Bluetooth to the Airmar CAST app for easy configuration and display of values.
The new DST810 Smart Multisensor together with Airmar's CAST app is the convergence of advanced hull data matched with a simple and reliable way to calibrate accurate speed via a wireless device. This changes the way boaters receive and deliver information to get better performance from their hull. It is a simple consistent way to calibrate speed through water no matter what display system is on board. The DST810 and the Airmar CAST app deliver features that until now were only available via expensive PC-based software.
In addition to water temperature depth and recently upgraded 5 Hz (5X per second) speed pass the DST810 has an integrated attitude sensor for health and trim data. This information in combination with Airmar's powerful and simple CAST app enables heel-compensated speed calibration over multiple half angles and speed ranges both quickly and intuitively and is independent of the instruments on board.
All speed calibrations and NMEA configurations are stored in the DST810 sensor - not on the screens.
